BIM Application in Multi-Criteria Assessment of Suspended Brickwork Façade Production Methods for a Reconstructed Building

This research aims to promote a new cost-saving method for rebuilding old masonry brickwork façade by installing suspended system. introduces case study applying MCDM (multiple-criteria decision making) and BIM (building information modeling) methodologies with the evaluation of three types installation alternatives prepared production. The first type is mounting lintels; second pre-prefabricated stainless-steel components, which have been manufactured offsite, completed adhesively bonded brick slips; third prefabricated panels. main aim production comparing these alternative using application in accordance multiple-criteria assessments. A system was developed, an expert survey employed estimate relative weights criteria; afterwards, were assessed WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method. model developed based on data, analyzed design solutions, adaptation elements. final results details regarding best applications assessment are presented conclusions.
